Our IPA is a proper old-school west coast style hop lover's dream, packed with punchy citrus, juicy grapefruit, tropical fruit and a big hit of pine. A cracking combination of Citra, Mosaic and Idaho #7 hops delivers layers of flavour, while a clean, lightly toasted malt backbone lets those hops do all the talking. Bold, bitter and beautifully balanced, with a crisp, dry finish that'll have you reaching for another. This is West Coast IPA the way it should be… unapologetically hoppy and bloody delicious!
